The whole idea for S and D to start reading books together started from a post on Facebook. Essentially, D got really super excited about finally finding a copy of a certain book she'd wanted. S replied with this:
"Ok. So I just got a copy of this for my Kindle. Shall we read at the same time and discuss? (I see a sister book club coming on)"
Obviously enough, the sister book club came about. And here we are.
Essentially, we're here to read books and talk about them. As selfish as it sounds, this blog is for US. If we get some readers, that's super. If not, oh well. I (D) won't be heartbroken, and I'm sure S won't either. (Update: S is indeed not heartbroken.)
